This community has long been known for its great art, craft and music.
We have long been known for our diversity, openness and vision.
We have long been known for our hospitality and friendliness.
Now it is time to be known for the Berea International Festival.

The Berea community will support this event with infrastructure, marketing and work collaboratively with Berea College to incorporate their International and Appalachian programming in the festival extending learning to the community of Berea and beyond. We invite you to participate in this vision.

The Berea International Festival will be a city-wide family-friendly event with music, dance, performances, food and art and craft. There will be three primary sites for events, Russel Acton Folk Center, Berea Welcome Center and College Square/Short Street. Shuttles will be provided to these areas for the duration of the events. There will be ample free parking behind Russel Acton Folk Center. Almost all events will be free, including children’s activities throughout the festival.
